REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
At Edge Mountain Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at edgemountainsoapsandcandles@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund.
Order Errors
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, wrong size, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
Because our products are custom-made for each order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
